Approaching first DC move wave (from IAD2 to RDU3) .
We'll just need to decommission infra that was running in IAD2 and not needed anymore.

services will be migrated (some are already "live" at new location)
VMs can be deleted/removed from ansible inventory/dns/zabbix
bare-metal machines can be e-wasted (cleaned up/securely erased/reinstalled) through internal ticket
