We would like to establish an area to track issues around FRCL in the CentOS namespace on GitLab - gitlab.com/CentOS/FRCL. We would like to have it configured for Simple Case access with a new FAS group called FRCL. If it's advisable to go more complex let me know.

To get the FAS group started please add myself(spotz) and Shaun(shaunm) and we'll work on collecting usernames and adding folks.
