There is currently an issue with how the GitLab CentOS group SSO is set up such that the groups are read-only until they are members of the group in the first place through SSO.
This also seems to include submitting merge requests and filing issues. I've been working around this occasionally by adding people directly as needed to projects, but that is far from ideal as it requires me to have much more trust in the individuals up front before even seeing their code they want to submit.
Can we somehow get this fixed?
