As part of the DC move operations (from IAD2 to RDU3) we need to migrate some public services like :

• accounts.centos.org
• id.centos.org (and .stg. counterpart)

For that we need hypervisors and network connectivity (already available) but also Fedora IPA/openshift cluster to be ready in new DC

This ticket will track the centos part of the migration, and we'll clearly start with .stg. as PoC and then later migrate prod instances.
We'll start by already deploying VMs before enrolling these into Fedora IPA
