We currently only have Power9 and still running el8 on these machines.
As we'll have to (due to DC move) switch to different cpu generation (Power10), we have to start investigating options.
Using el10 (or el9) as BaseOS just as hypervisor (kvm hosts) to deploy other ppc64le kvm guests would be the preferred method (as we have ansible automation for it)

We need to find alternative to use :

• correct kernel that still have needed module ([disabled](https://gitlab.com/redhat/centos-stream/src/kernel/centos-stream-9/-/commit/e5973f4a21a767dcc6c2064c50aff10b5ab5d291) for el9/el10 by default now)
• missing userspace packages (like libvirt/qemu-kvm/virt-install) for ppc64le
