• Describe the issue
  The basesystem package was just retired in rawhide, having been provided/obsoleted by a new build of filesystem. However, ELN did not get the new filesystem build in time (things are currently queued behind a build of firefox). Since ELN's package list is inherited from rawhide, basesystem is now blocked, and without the new filesystem, both buildroots and composes are broken with `nothing provides basesystem needed by glibc-2.40.9000-35.eln145.s390x from build`. Therefore, please temporary unblock basesystem in (at least) `eln` so that the new filesystem can be built and go through updates, at which point basesystem can be properly retired.
