• Describe the issue
  The pybind11-json package was created in March of last year, and for some reason it did not get a `rawhide` branch and instead has only a `main` branch. It appears that without the `rawhide` branch, the package does not get automatically branched and rebuilt with new Fedora releases.

• When is this no longer needed or useful? (YYYY/MM/DD)
  N/A

• If we cannot complete your request, what is the impact?
  The package will not follow automatic Fedora branching and will continue to require manual branching and building.
