• Describe the issue
  After having bpfman package approved in Fedora (new package in rust) I tried to request a new repo for it using fedpkg request-repo

$ fedpkg request-repo --monitor monitoring --upstreamurl https://github.com/bpfman/bpfman --description "bpfman: An eBPF Manager." --summary "bpfman: An eBPF Manager." bpfman 2269411

It opened a pagure ticket with a 500 error. Request seems fine and dist-git is working fine but it didn't work. https://pagure.io/releng/fedora-scm-requests/issue/70802
