This seems to have started a while ago. I discussed it with @zbyszek on [Matrix](https://matrix.to/#/#admin:fedoraproject.org/$cFpJLROdABm67WlskBXSuN_58dt5pG24jXA1K411KSc) last Friday.
The [first message](https://lists.fedoraproject.org/archives/list/devel-announce@lists.fedoraproject.org/thread/2GKHRODNKHKDZXZJ6J3OUN2XBYBT3TEJ/) I noticed was a change proposal. I only indirectly became aware of it. It seems re-subscribing devel to devel-announce did not have the desired effect.
I noticed [another message](https://lists.fedoraproject.org/archives/list/devel-announce@lists.fedoraproject.org/thread/IESQHPO3ZAGXFSQDFR6PBNLGRU5EYRDK/) later that day - the announcement of the release watch party. Someone replied to it. I'm assuming that person is subscribed to both lists.
Today, while scanning my Matrix backlog, I notice @amoloney mentioning the [elections open](https://lists.fedoraproject.org/archives/list/devel-announce@lists.fedoraproject.org/thread/3ZDQ7PMJH6SUHHV2RKWBOPOHISHKWMNN/) has been sent to devel-announce. Again, this has not been forwarded to devel as expected.
This is kind of urgent, since people paying more attention to their mailbox than to other channels are going to miss important information.
