I spotted that my machines on my home network weren't using my private local mirror. Checking in with mirror manager it doesn't seem to be working at all.

https://admin.fedoraproject.org/mirrormanager/ says 'Sorry! This service is currently unavailable', as does `report_mirror` when I run it manually.
