• Describe the issue
  Following the lead of c10s, ELN has dropped its ResilientStorage variant[1]. It is no longer included in our repo files nor in mock configs, and we would like to pull its stale content down to whatever extent possible[2].

To that end, please remove the stale content currently at [3].
