As a Fedora Infrastructure team we should take partial ownership of Konflux deployment and have upskilling in the system.

Currently we are limited by missing ansible vault deployment.

Further moving the infrastructure deployment under the fedora AWS account is blocked by the fact that our account cannot have sub-accounts. Which is requirement for current konflux deployment.
