  The packages `ghc-cprng-aes`, `ghc-crypto-random` were retired several weeks ago, and `ghc-monad-journal` was retired yesterday (which may be a bit too close to be complaining), but none appear to be blocked.

Please block all 3 from Rawhide and F41.
