Branch was created in dist-git but koji complains that package perl-Sereal not in list for tag epel10.0-testing-candidate

Ticket was left open but after I asked releng-bot to retry it, it stops after seeing that the branch exists in dist-git and now closes the ticket as invalid if any other comment is made.
