   Remove the DNS A record for component-registry.

The Component Registry community instance is no longer being used by Red Hat Product Security. We switched back to our original manifesting solution called 'Deptopia'. In order to allocate more resources to other tasks we've made the unfortunate decision to shut down the Component Registry Community instance.
