1. Describe what you would like us to do:

An attempt to make a repository in the Fedora-Infra namespace was made to have an issue tracker against which the staging Firmitas deployment can push notifications. I tried, @zlopez tried, @dkirwan tried and @kevin tried but we could not create a repository. I even got a `500 Internal Server Error` and @zlopez suspects that maybe the repository was partially created - leading to others being unable to create it.
