To fix Flatpak builds not working with the switch of koji generated repo metadata to zstd compression, please update the builders to:

flatpak-module-tools-1.0.2-1.fc40

Might be worth deploying to stage to make sure that everything comes back up properly, but extensive testing on stage doesn't seem necessary to me - Flatpak builds are broken now, without this update so they can't regress.
