I have retired four packages two days ago that were not blocked in koji, even though there have been successful composes by now:

• rust-cairo-sys-rs0.15
• rust-gdk-pixbuf-sys0.15
• rust-gio0.15
• rust-pango-sys0.15

The Rawhide compose reports show zero retired packages since a few days ago, so it looks like there might not be the only retired packages that weren't removed from repos.

• When do you need this? (YYYY/MM/DD)

Ideally before f41 branch point (2024-08-06) to avoid additional work and supposedly-retired packages leaking into f41 from rawhide.

• When is this no longer needed or useful? (YYYY/MM/DD)
