RHEL 7 EOL is approaching (June 2024) and we still have some services running on RHEL7 machines.

[github2fedmsg](https://apps.fedoraproject.org/github2fedmsg) is of these services and we need to do something about it.

Current state of things:

• Support for Fedora Messaging is missing
• Python 3 support is missing

Recommendation was to replace it with more general solution `webhook2fedmsg`
