Forecast has large confidence_max compared to cost total

      The OpenShift forecast API is currently showing extremely large confidence_max values for the cost total prediction. Not certain this is a bug, but looks a little off considering the difference in the predicted cost.

      For "2021-01-04", confidence_max is $504,001.92 while cost total is only $22,938.786 and confidence_min is $0.
