      In COST-573, we discussed going beyond 90 days of data. For service providers running their own Cost Management on-prem, there's no reason to keep just 90 days of data. They probably want years of data because of compliance, claims, etc.

      Once you have years of data, at some point, old data is no longer very interesting and you should be able to archive it (i. e. make it disappear but possibily with a way to revive it). Let's implement this archival feature.

      Requirements:

      • User will be able to define the custom period to be archived
      • It's OK to restrict archival period to full months instead of specific dates from date MMDDYYYY to MMDDYYYY'
      • Archiving makes data disappear from the normal pages (overview, OpenShift, etc) but there's some place where users can see the archived data to revive it
      • There's an option to delete forever the archived daa
