subs-cost
Let's say we want to implement budget alerts, or generate resource optimization recommendations every 15 minutes.
Currently, Cost Management receives OpenShift data (use an capacity) from the operator every 1-6 hours, and it fetches cloud bills once a day. That means our data is updated, at most, hourly (for on-prem clusters) or daily (for cloud clusters), so alerts will be triggered once per hour, or even less frequently.
If we want to have proper alerts, we need to increase the frequency of data collection and processing. How far can we go? How often can we get data and process it?
