When we export previous month data on Details pages and then change any dropdown (e.g., Group-by, Currency, Show costs as, Show platform cost, Overhead cost)  and export data again (doesn't have to be same items as before), the ** export will include current month data instead of previous month data.

We would have to refresh the page or toggle the date range dropdown to current month and back to previous month to get the previous month data exported.

This seems to be issue on all details pages after changing any dropdown. I couldn't reproduce this issue on Cost Explorer pages

      Steps to reproduce:

      stage env, cost-demo user

      1. navigate to AWS details pages
      2. select "Previous month"
      3. select all items and export them -> previous month data are exported as expected
      4. change currency to EUR
      5. select all items and export them -> current month data instead of previous month data are exported
      6. switch the data range dropdown to "Month to date" and then back to "Previous month" again
      7. select all items and export them ->previous month data are exported as expected
      8. go to Openshift details pages
      9. select "Previous month"
      10. select all items and export them -> previous month data are exported as expected
      11. toggle "Show platform cost" button
      12. select two random items and export them -> current month's data instead of previous month's data are exported
      13. refresh the page
      14. select two random items and export them -> previous month data are exported as expected

[COST-5831] Details page export doesn't always reflect date range selection

Verified, one automated test failed because an error in an filter attribute

Since this fix required test updates, I'm keeping this card in "Testing" until export request tests pass in the UI test job

Verified on all details pages + for couple of randomly selected Cost Explorer views that the data export covers the expected date range. Tried repeated exports of the same date range (mostly Previous month) with and without changing various dropdowns between the export steps.
