We attempt to parse Azure errors during source creation. A lot of times we return "client error" which is not actionable to the customer. The logic here is likely too specific for the error messages, so we end up returning nothing actionable for the customer. We should return the raw error message to the UI (maybe slightly cleaned up) so that the customer can act instead of opening a customer case.
