This is a placeholder to launch quick starts from our empty states.

Quick starts will likely live in Consoledot's "Learning Resources" page. njayanty@redhat.com said he has the start of one and that they can publish them. However, we want the ability to launch quick starts from Cost Management's empty states.

The API is exposed inr the Chrome API. You can see the chrome.quickstarts.activateQuickstart('quickstart-name') . This will load the content and open the quickstart panel. - Martin
