Using the AWS bill, we will take the hourly Red Hat Data and build a rate per core.
HCP versus Rosa Classic is something that is determine within the cluster, and we will have to see what subscription watch provides us to make that determination. If they just do a sum total of all things, we will have a hard time identifying this.
During the correlation we will have to apply the rate of the core to the OpenShift nodes depending on if we find the cluster_id has been identified as Rosa classic or HCP.
We may need to handle master versus worker nodes differently. For HCP everything is worker nodes.
