The cost management alerts fire in #sd-app-sre-alert and #cost-mgmt-prod-alerts. We should reduce the alert severity so that they do not fire in the #sd-app-sre-alert. We don't have any expectations for assistance from that team, so they shouldn't be notified when these alerts go off.
