In case that we have no account_alias or instance_name, API fills these fields with account_id and resource_id, respectively. In such cases - when account_id is identical as account_alias and resource_id is identical to instance_name - we should omit the ID and show only account_alias / instance_name on the EC2 page.

We have such logic already implemented for account_alias on AWS details page.
