Add cluster/node/project group by/filtering to ocp on cloud-type pespectives.

      As a user I would like to group and filter my cost data by cluster/node/project on the cost explorer while using for following perspectives:

      • Amazon Web Services filtered by OpenShift
      • Microsoft Azure filtered by OpenShift
      • Google Cloud Platform filtered by OpenShift

       

      These group bys and filters are available via the API so this would just be including them as option in the UI.
