These containers provide some unique challenges due to the size and number of files since they are Java containers. ClamAV scans regularly timeout or get killed due to the number of files in the container.

Building these containers for x86 and ARM is possible in Konflux and would improvement developer experience since most developers use ARM machines. Running x86 container images is slow.

Using a combined pipeline file doing multi-arch builds is the goal.

There are ways to increase the resource requests for the clamav pod as well as increase pipeline timeout.
