Tag mappings and tag enable/disable are in the same tab in the Settings page, as two foldable rows.

By default, one of the rows is expanded (taking 98%) of the space) and the other is collapsed (taking 2% of the space, after a long scroll), which makes the collapsed one very difficult to discover.

Let's do something about this: either move tag mappings to a new tab, or start with both rows (enable/disable and mappings) collapsed, or some other solution
