Since the operator pushes content to registry.redhat.io, we need to address violations raised in the konflux testing pipeline that leverages the registry-standard EC policy.

Find and use accepted registries or seek prodsec exception to address these violations causing pipeline failures. See example pipeline failures.

- Reason: Base image "gcr.io/distroless/static" is from a disallowed registry 
- Reason: Base image "docker.io/library/golang" is from a disallowed registry
