Currently we use unblended in the All cloud filtered by OpenShift and AWS filtered by OpenShift perspectives. We use savings plan effectvie cost in All OpenShift. Customers are rightlfully confused by this.

The data exists in the tables. We need to update the API and the UI to use these values.

This will result in numbers changing for customers that have an AWS savings plan in place.
