Investigate how AWS Glue Data Catalog can replace Hive with a small POC.

• create an external Hive table and drop files in
• create a managed table and write to it from the external table
• load data into postgres from the managed table
  All of this would be backed by the AWS Glue Data Catalog instead of Hive-metastore.
