If we are going to divide the hourly cost by the hourly gb rate to find the size of the disk, then we are going to need to calculate the hourly cost correctly within Nise. 

As of right now, we are applying a monthly rate to each hour in Nise for EBS cost:

This will need to be adjusted so that the amount is times by the daily rate instead.
