In the optimizations breakdown, the percentage changed may display an infinity symbol. When the current value is zero, it's expected to see a zero value.

This can be reproduced with cost-user in prod-beta, via the kube-rbac-proxy container.

Note that https://issues.redhat.com/browse/COST-5272 will ultimately replace the client-side calculation used by the UI. However, this issue is for a quick fix.
