While investigating regressions running full smokes locally  with the unattributed storage branch there are several errors regarding the returned field Usage: null

This behaviour was not covered in the design doc and not sure if is a bug

Reproducer:

pull the MR: plopezpe/raw_calc_claimed_volume

the ocp on azure multisources have been added the blanck attributes in OCP static files

Enable the unattributed storage feature in unleash

run the test:

ENV_FOR_DYNACONF=local iqe tests plugin cost_management -k "test_api_ocp_on_azure_storage_validate_total_date_range" --pdb -raA

wait for initial ingest and see the test fail

The follwoing API call:

 http://localhost:8000/api/cost-management/v1/reports/openshift/infrastructures/azure/storage/?filter[resolution]=daily&group_by[subscription_guid]=*&start_date=2024-07-01&end_date=2024-07-08&group_by[cluster]=*

returns null usage for cluster using csi storage drivers
