The current documentation is focused solely on using the OCP web console to setup the Cost Management operator, including the CostManagementMetricsConfig setup.

There should be a "parallel" or separate guide that shows how to install, configure, maintain Cost Management Metrics on the cluster using CLI.  This stems from a customer meeting where the customer was looking to understand how to automate cluster creation and management using GitOps and they could not find this information in our documentation.
