Node Attached Storage for Azure is the Managed Disks service they provide. We are able to track this storage through the instance_id structure: 

/subscriptions/<instance-id>/resourceGroups/<resource-id>/providers/Microsoft.Compute/disks/<disk-id>

We need to figure out if this instance-id can be associated to other storage costs outside of node based storage.
