Background: After we correlate the OCP & cloud providers in the daily summary table. We insert the infrastructure raw cost back into the OCP daily summary table.

This will follow a similar format, but with the unattributed storage cost.

What is unattributed storage?

This will be anything that contains one of the volume_ids we collected that is not matched with the OpenShift Project.

For example, if a customer has not updated their operator we will not have a volume id in the OCP data to do resource matching. Therefore any cloud data that does contain a disk_id with no OCP resource matched should go into this Project.
