The UBI8 go-toolset image is constantly behind on receiving updates. It is currently on G0 1.20 which is no longer a supported version.

We should find an alternative that gives us a supported version of Go.

The openshift images use, e.g. registry.ci.openshift.org/ocp/builder:rhel-9-golang-1.21-openshift-4.16
