From time to time, ACM customers ask to have the Cost Management information in ACM.

Let's implement a plugin (or however that would work) for Cost in ACM. We can start with the OpenShift cost part for now, then think if the cloud pages (AWS, Azure, GCP) and ROS OCP make sense in ACM.

The intent of this integration of Cost Management and ACM is to be integrated, i. e. display cluster cost where other cluster details are available, be able to use Cost data for ACM policies, quotas, etc.

COST-308 is an old issue about integration of ACM and Cost, with a lot more details that we should probably review.
