Users want 15 months of data (COST-573) because they want to generate their own reports: YoY, QoQ, compare this or that, etc. Also, if we could provide a custom report builder to users, like other FinOps tools do, we could avoid building all the reports for every user, since they are probably not interested in all of them (e. g. who wants AWS blended AND unblended AND amortized???).

We should provide a solution for custom reports, integrated in Cost Management, not just "use the API, grab data and build your own Excel spreadsheet or Tableau".
