After deleting cost-model from cost-model details page (top kebab menu -> Delete), we end up on a broken page with "We lost that page" message (see the screenshot). Instead, the users should be redirected back to the Cost model Settings page

Steps to reproduce:

stage env (both stage stable and preview, meaning that the same issue is in prod as well)

1. navigate to cost-mgmt Settings -> Cost model tab
2. create some testing cost-model
3. click on the newly created testing cost model to get to Cost model details page
4. click on the top right kebab menu and click on "Delete" -> click on "Delete cost model"

You will get "We lost that page"  message and in the Network console you will see 404 for the following request:
