Epic Goal

To be able to build and run Cost Management and all it's other dependent projects on IBM Power (ppc64le) platforms.

Why is this important?

Cost management products will be available on Power users will be able to view cost reports for their clusters without having to manually enter cost models.

Acceptance Criteria

All required components and dependencies should be ported to ppc64le
