      QE side issue for verification of "Azure RHEL Metered Usage Pipeline to SWATCH" epic. Verify the cost-mgmt flow and add some test automation for it:

      • verify that data are being extracted and uploaded to SWATCH bucket
      • verify that kafka message is being sent with a correct content
      • verify that data are not being uploaded twice for reports with overlapping data
