It would be useful to have possibility to test Azure rhel/swatch stuff with reports containing alternative Azure column names.  Currently, we have possibility to generate v1 and v2 Azure reports with Nise, but v1 reports can't be used for rhel/swatch testing because they lack ChargeType column (this column is required for rhel/swatch).

Since we do not have an example of a real report that would actually miss Chargetype column and since this column is actually used only in rhel/swatch part, we believe that it shouldn't cause any harm to add this column to Nise v1 reports.

Currently, the ChargeType is added only to v2 reports
