When we change currency or cost-type settings on cost-mgmt Settings page, the change doesn't propagate to cost-mgmt pages after browser refresh.

Based on the test results, this worked fine yesterday (Nov-30) morning, but doesn't work today. Users have to login into a new session to see updated dropdowns.

Steps to reproduce:

stage preview env, cost-demo user

1. go to cost-mgmt overview page - you will see the currency dropdown is set to USD
2. go to cost-mgmt Settings page and change currency to AUD
3. go back to cost-mgmt overview page and refresh the page - the dropdown is still set to USD
4. log-out
5. log-in
6. go to cost-mgmt overview page - the dropdown is now set to AUD as expected
7. go to cost-mgmt Settings page  and change the currency back to USD!

To see the expected behavior

prod env, insights-qa user

1. go to cost-mgmt overview page - you will see the currency dropdown is set to USD
2. go to cost-mgmt Settings page and change currency to AUD
3. go back to cost-mgmt overview page and refresh the page - the dropdown will change to  AUD
4. go to cost-mgmt Settings page  and change the currency back to USD!
