This issue is to investigate our units for memory and volume for OCP to see if it needs to be GiB versus GB. Currently our units for OCP memory & volume are GB based. This will need to be fixed, we still need to investigate if storage is correct.

However, after some initial research we use 2 to the power of 30 in our sql calculations for the ocp daily summary sql. Which would equate to 1024 to the power 3. 

We believe these units should potentially be GiB.
