While we can help with some Cost Management API queries, I think this looks like work for consultants or implementation partners: it seems they'll need a discovery phase, gathering requirements, UX design of such a dashboard/report, figuring out the Cost Management API queries they need and then the Power BI queries, etc. E. g. for the application X is utilizing 30% of our cluster resources, I can see:
- One or more Cost Management API calls to gather the utilization information
- One or more API calls to their CMDB to find out what namespaces correspond to each application. They may also implement this as a simple table in Power BI, if that information doesn't change much.
- One or more Power BI queries or conditions to establish the 30% threshold
- Maybe more?
This should be done for both Excel and Power BI
